Dr Patti and her staff are amazing ! We have been to many vets over the years, with our different dogs, and I have to say that they are hands down the best we have had. Our dog Luna was nervous at our prior vet and instead of taking the time to make her comfortable they muzzled her. The first time we saw Dr Patti Luna wound up licking her and rolling over for a belly rub. I have sent at least seven friends to her, and they have all been very happy with the care they received. It's unfortunate that South Point animal clinic is being trolled by a person who just assumes that the staff is sitting around waiting to treat their pet. It's so sad. We find everyone at South Point animal clinic extremely friendly, professional, and always courteous.

Extremely unprofessional. An assumption. Really? Get better customer service and take accountability. Be respectful to the customer regardless of their age, and respect will be given back. The 50s must have not been big on manners and it shows.

Called about vaccine prices. Got an answer but when I showed up they said it’s by appointment only and the dr was in surgery, After expressing the concerns about not being notified about an appointment having to be set up. the lady had the nerve to say I waisted there time? Instead of assuming no one will come to your establishment maybe think twice while answering the phone or at least post on the site it’s appointment only. A sign outside the door does nothing once you already have arrived. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.
