Topaz has cared for all of our pets since my husband and I had moved to Arizona. We had a diabetic cat at first, and Topaz was able to finally get my kitty into diabetic remission. He went in for frequent check ups and they loved on him every single time. I would like to think he became a clinics favorite, but I am biased. That kitty unfortunately did end up having to be to sleep recently and it had to be done by an emergency clinic elsewhere. I dont even know how they found out but I received a hand written letter from Topaz offering their condolences. I have never had a vet do that. Now, we have two one-year old kittens and they are both under Topazs care. I love that when I walk in, they know who I am and my cats name, and they just get so excited to see them and pet them. They have a team of people with the biggest hearts. Its not just a service they provide. They go above and beyond, every appointment. Even if its just one to turn in a stool sample. Love this place. 10/10. Also, Traci is the best. Knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. Im pretty sure the loves my cats more than she likes me lol I am kidding. She is an asset to Topaz. Update 8/2026: I wish I could post another review, but Topaz has continued their stellar service to this day. We are allowed to bring our kitties in appointments at the same time (scheduled one by one, after another, of course) and it makes our lives so much easier. We will unfortunately have to establish care a little closer to our home, as we live in Maricopa now, but we can't thank Topaz enough.

Been coming here with my dog Bailey, very friendly and professional they have an answer for every question plus some good tips and advise on nutrition ,exercise habits , I had a good experience every visit.

Able 2 get an appt same day after calling 2 plus vet offices. Front staff very personable & helpful. Brought our cat in with infected neck bites. Technician very calm & our cat Pip was chill. Doc had a great demeanor with Pip & he didnt over react & was able 2 roam in the room. He was taken back 2b cleaned up while waiting, a lovely young intern helped me transfer Pip's records from a text 2 an email . B4 determining antibiotic administration, cost choices were provided. Dont really know cost of vet services, but typically expensive in our past experience. Thought charges 4 this visit was reasonable.

Topaz has been our vet for years. As always, they gave excellent service. My dog loves the whole team and wants hugs and pets from all of them. They are caring of all their patients! Highly recommend!!
